These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phaa online gaming platform at phaa.one. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By registering with phaa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Philippine Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
- "phaa," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the phaa.one platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator duly organised and operating under Philippine law.
- "Platform" means the phaa website at phaa.one and any associated mobile or web-based applications operated by phaa.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who registers a phaa account and uses the Platform.
- "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of phaa's registration and KYC verification process.
- "Games" means all casino games, slots, bingo, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other wagering products accessible via the Platform.
- "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's phaa Account, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by phaa.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority supervising phaa's operations.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before deposits, withdrawals, or full platform access are granted.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the phaa Platform, creating a phaa Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phaa Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between phaa and you with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. These Terms are supplemented by phaa's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
phaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered Players of material changes via their registered email address or an on-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a phaa Account or place any wager on the Platform. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and is non-negotiable. phaa employs automated and manual KYC verification to confirm player age. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Funds held in that Account will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phaa Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) phaa Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
3.4 Account Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any information changes. phaa is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.5 KYC Verification. phaa will request government-issued identification documents to verify your identity, age, and address as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phaa will result in restriction of account functionality, including the inability to process withdrawals.
4. Account Responsibilities
4.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phaa Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phaa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your phaa Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phaa support immediately. phaa may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.3 Account Not Transferable. Your phaa Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Winnings, bonuses, and Funds accumulated in your Account may not be transferred to another phaa Account except as part of an authorised withdrawal to a verified payment method registered in your name.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods and applicable transaction limits are displayed in the phaa cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. phaa reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds upon reasonable notice to Players.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name. phaa will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal, phaa may require completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to credited Funds.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) Philippine banking business day, subject to individual bank processing schedules. phaa is not responsible for delays attributable to financial institutions or payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the phaa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phaa are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotional term and these Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your phaa Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
6.3 Abuse Prevention. phaa reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, or any activity intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith gaming. Determination of abuse is made at phaa's sole discretion and may be reviewed upon written request to phaa support.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonuses. phaa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have not been activated at the time of discontinuation will be removed from eligible accounts.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
7.1 Certified Games. All Games available on the phaa Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party studio providers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, phaa reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked Funds to Players' Accounts. "Game malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to technical errors only — random adverse outcomes during normal game operation are not malfunctions.
7.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table on the phaa Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. phaa reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phaa Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all Funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Operating more than one Account.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over phaa.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing phaa staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or IP masking services in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
9. Responsible Gaming
phaa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered phaa Players at no cost and without any waiting period:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your Account settings.
- Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
- Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen alerts after specified duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phaa Account via a request to phaa support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the exclusion period specified at the time of the request.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the phaa Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, images, software, and audio-visual materials — is the property of phaa or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phaa Platform content without prior written authorisation from phaa.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The phaa Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phaa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phaa's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phaa's liability for death or personal injury caused by phaa's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
phaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any phaa Account, and to void or withhold Funds therein, where phaa reasonably determines that any of the following has occurred:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, attempted fraud, or involvement in money laundering.
- Provision of false identity or age information.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
- Instruction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- Court order or legal process issued by a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, phaa will return verified Funds to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to any applicable withholding required by PAGCOR or Philippine law.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Internal Disputes. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising in connection with your phaa Account or the Platform must first be submitted to phaa's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phaa support at support at phaa.one. phaa will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) Philippine business days and endeavour to resolve all complaints within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement.
13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. In the event that a dispute is not resolved through phaa's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. phaa is obligated under its PAGCOR license to cooperate fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
13.3 Legal Proceedings. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's independent regulatory authority.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between phaa and each Player, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.
15. Amendments to These Terms
phaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or through an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or urgent security considerations. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.
